Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in the SPG GOLD JEWELS Gold Booking Plan.
📄 1. Joining / Booking Amount
- The joining amount for participation in the SPG GOLD JEWELS PVT LTD Gold Booking Plan is ₹2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only).
- The joining amount is treated as a participation and booking fee under the structured reward model.
- The amount once paid is non-refundable and non-transferable, except as per company policies.
📄 2. Participation & Eligibility
- The ID holder must provide correct personal details during registration.
- One individual is permitted to operate only as per company rules and system guidelines.
- The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any ID in case of misuse, fraud, or violation of policies.
📄 3. Reward Structure
- Rewards are distributed as per the company's predefined distribution plan.
- Earnings are based on individual efforts, team performance, and system activity.
- The company does not guarantee any fixed or assured income.
- Re-Birth activation will occur as per structural eligibility and system rules.
📄 4. 10% Purchase Discount Benefit
- Every active ID holder is eligible to receive a 10% discount on jewellery purchases made directly from SPG GOLD JEWELS PVT LTD.
- The total discount benefit is capped at a maximum of ₹2000/- (equivalent to the joining amount).
- The 10% discount shall apply only to actual purchase value, not on making charges, taxes (GST), or other statutory charges unless specified by the company.
- Once the total accumulated discount reaches ₹2000/-, no further discount benefit will be applicable under this joining ID.
- The discount benefit is non-transferable and cannot be encashed in cash.
- Discount benefit is valid only for purchases made while the ID is active.
📄 5. Withdrawal & Payments
- All payouts shall be processed as per the system rules and company policy.
- The company reserves the right to deduct applicable taxes, TDS, administrative charges, or statutory deductions as per law.
- Payments will be made through approved digital modes only.
📄 6. Compliance & Legal
- The plan is a structured participation-based reward system and not a deposit scheme, investment scheme, or guaranteed income program.
- Members participate voluntarily after understanding the structure.
- Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Vadodara, Gujarat.
- The company reserves the right to amend, modify, or update the plan structure or policies for sustainability and compliance purposes.
📄 7. Member Responsibility
- Members must promote the plan ethically and must not make false income claims or misleading promises.
- Any promotional activity must align with company guidelines and legal standards.
- Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of membership.
