Short Terms & Conditions
Qualification Criteria
A member must fulfill all qualification requirements to become eligible for a rank reward.
Group Business Requirement
The required group business for the respective designation must be completed.
Direct Business Requirement
The required direct business must be achieved through personally sponsored IDs.
Active Direct Leaders
The required number of active direct leaders must be maintained.
Leadership Development Requirement
The required number of qualified downline leaders must be available as per the rank qualification criteria.
One-Leg Business Restriction
No single business leg shall contribute more than the prescribed limit toward rank qualification.
Business Leg Distribution Rule (60:40 Ratio)
A maximum of 60% business may be contributed from one strongest leg, while the remaining minimum 40% business must come from other active business legs.
Rank Reward Eligibility
A member can receive the rank reward only once upon achieving a particular designation.
Upgradation
Upon achieving a higher rank, the member becomes eligible for the higher rank reward.
Company Discretion
SPGGOLD reserves the right to modify, revise, suspend, or discontinue the Leadership Achievement Reward Program at any time without prior notice.
Business Verification
The company reserves the right to verify business volume, sales transactions, customer orders, and qualification criteria before approving any reward.
Misuse Policy
Any manipulation, duplicate IDs, unfair practices, or violation of company policies may result in cancellation of rewards and suspension of IDs.
